Due to being successful in winning a major piece of healthcare infrastructure new build and upgrade work, they are now looking for an experienced consultancy project manager with ideal experience in healthcare or industrial projects

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams and taking on the role of project responsibility.
  • Contributing to the leadership and development of the team.
  • Client Management of projects, relationship management
  • Accountability for projects performance
As a project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy/client-side background. You have 6+ years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across ideally healthcare, but other similar sectors will be considered.

A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.

Salary $140K - $180 Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.
