• Assist in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, project management, material deliveries and team coordination.
• Support in managing projects across the wider Auckland region, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and the onsite team have what they require to complete the work to a high-quality standard.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving safety standards on all job sites.
• Work closely with senior management to develop your skills and contribute to overall business goals.

• Some experience in roofing or construction is preferred.
• A full NZ drivers license.
• A strong desire to develop leadership and team management skills.
• Physically fit and able to help out the team when the time for heavy lifting comes around.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn about roofing materials, systems, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
