We’re looking for passionate and skilled chefs to join Double Dribble Hospitality Group! We have some full-time spot available for a Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.

About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll work in the team, manage a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in food preparation and presentation. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain high standards while bringing creativity and precision to every dish.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, following venue recipes and guidelines.
  • Maintain quality, speed, and consistency in food preparation and service.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and food control regulations.
  • Assist with kitchen organisation, including mise en place and cleaning duties.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support and train junior staff to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, allergens, and dietary accommodations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for delivering top-quality dishes.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
