- Confident understanding of GP and delivering profit through sharp stock control
- Manage stock control
- Daily special dishes, creating and costing
- Leadership/mentor skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Menu development ongoing
- Excellent understanding of supplier markets and constant research into seasonal pricing/competitive supply.
You will be a passionate hospitality professional with a creative mind and strong customer focus, along with the experience required to balance and manage financial operations behind the scenes, ensuring KPI's are met.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
