- Minimum Requirements -
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum 4 years proven professional painting experience
- Strong spray painting experience (interior & exterior)
- Ability to produce high-quality, clean finishes
- Excellent prep skills and understanding of correct products
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Strong communication and a positive, team-first attitude
- Full NZ driver licence (preferred)
- You’ll be involved in: -
- Interior & exterior repaints
- Prep, brushwork, roller work, and spray work
- Maintaining tidy, safe work sites
- Interacting with clients in a professional manner
- Working alongside experienced painters
- Delivering the high standard Northland Painting is known for
