Hokitika's popular & busy restaurant is currently looking for an experienced Chef to join their team. This is a permanent position and an exciting opportunity under fantastic working conditions.
Two–three years experience is essential in the industry for the successful applicant, as well as the ability to work in a team environment, as a self motivated and disciplined individual. A creative approach towards presentation, with an eye for detail is a must.

Tasks Include –
• Preparing, cooking and presenting of dishes
• Run a station confidently during service
• Maintain quality, portion control and food safety
• Assist and guide Junior Chefs
• Liase with Head Chef as to tasks required
