Tasks Include –

Preparing, cooking and presenting of dishes
Run a station confidently during service
Maintain quality, portion control and food safety
Assist and guide Junior Chefs
Liase with Head Chef as to tasks required

We’re Looking For –

Passion for Food & Hospitality
Positive team focused attitude
Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
Previous experience in a professional Kitchen
Prepared to live and work in a remote West Coast Location
Able to work Weekends and Evenings

Full-Time Chef de Partie – 30 + hours per week including weekends. $28.00-$30.00 per hour
