The role is aimed to provide full administrative and organisational support to the Director, who oversees courier, rural delivery, transport, and logistics operations across waikato.
You shall be required to provide full support to the Director and ensure the following
tasks are efficiently managed:- Managing the Director’s Inbox and email.
- Answer the phones and direct the work accordingly.
- Coordinating the Calendar, manage schedules, any meetings and any
- Provide day to day administrative support.
- Managing and filing all correspondence and documents.
- Liaising with clients, service providers and all third parties related to the
- Ensuring the documentation is all complete for end of day/week/month filing.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed.
- Any previous customer service experience would be beneficial but not
- Highly organized with great time management skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- You should have clean criminal background.
- You must be willing to undergo and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol
- Have a clean Driver’s license.
