Based in Auckland CBD, our company develops and operates multiple hospitality brands across specialty coffee, casual dining, and Japanese-inspired food and beverage concepts. Rather than focusing on a single brand, W.D Group operates as a collaborative creative team that continuously develops new hospitality projects, concepts, and customer experiences.
As our business continues to expand, including the recent approval of our liquor licence and the launch of new food operations, we are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our growing team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:- Leading kitchen operations and service quality
- Menu development and food preparation
- Managing kitchen workflow and food safety standards
- Training and supervising kitchen staff
- Supporting the development of new hospitality projects and concepts

- Works well in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Has leadership and team management skills
