HVAC Mechanical Service Technician

Our team provide HVAC, mechanical refrigeration, electrical and plumbing services to a variety of major clients that range from the education and government sector to commercial buildings in the CBD and state of the art facilities across the region.
About the Role:We are looking for a reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to undertake maintenance and repair tasks for various government, commercial and industrial properties across Auckland.
This is a great opportunity for someone possessing both technical and all-round skills with experience over a wide range of tasks related to HVAC and mechanical services across various buildings and facilities. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this role.
The ideal candidate will be well-organised, have a genuine belief in providing excellent customer service and be highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.
The person we seek will have the following skills and experience:- Have NZ recognised HVAC certification and qualifications
- At least 3 years relevant experience in New Zealand
- EST registration
- Experience in HVAC focussed small projects, reactive works and maintenance
- NZ residency and/or valid NZ permit to work
- Current NZ Class 1 (car) driver's license
- Well organised and capable of multi-tasking
- Be well presented and have a high degree of self-motivation
- Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A passion for maintaining a safe work environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
