Shift Details:
Wednesday: 6.30pm to 11.30pm
Thursday: 1.00pm to 10.00pm
Friday: 1.00pm to 10.00pm
Saturday: 08.00am to 6.00pm

Sunday: 08.30am to 6.30pm

About you:
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand - Have a valid New Zealand Work Visa, Resident Visa, or Citizenship.
  • English verbal and written must be fluent - as you will be training other staff, with instructions in English only.
  • Full Driver’s License-to drive company vehicles on occasion (not negotiable).
  • 1-2 years Supervising / Managerial Experience
  • 1-2 years Commercial Cleaning experience.
  • Pass a Ministry of Justice (Criminal Conviction History) check!
  • Physically fit to do the job.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • A reliable work ethic with great customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following training and instructions.

About the role: Assist the Contract Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the site.

Collaborate with the Contract Manager to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and supervise the activities of staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to mall policies and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections of the Mall premises to identify and address maintenance and safety issues.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Train staff on site on different cleaning procedures with necessary tools and equipment.
