We are a busy family owned Commercial Cleaning franchise company requiring someone to fill our full time Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager role includes building relationships with franchisees, complaints resolution, job starts, quality control, training and supervision of new and existing franchisees.
This will be a very busy role and the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, commercial cleaning skills, computer literacy, an eye for detail, a high standard personal presentation, fantastic organisation skills and a strong work ethic.Proven ability and knowledge in commercial cleaning through work experience. Hours of work: 3pm to 11.30pm. 40 hours per week. $80,000.00 per annum. Vehicle and work phone will be provided.
