Wage Rate: NZ$28.5/hour – NZ$29.5/hour

As our team member you will be on the front line, supporting the Checkout Manager to ensure the smooth operation of checkouts & a flawless customer experience. You will also be helping in stocking up shelves’ fridges. You’ll act as a role model for the Checkout Team & keep morale high even when it gets stressful!You’ll build great relationships across all departments to ensure the speedy resolution of all queries.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring customer flow and checkout operations to ensure the appropriate number of checkouts are open at all times to deliver the best customer experience & keep queues as short as possible.You will be provided with 4 weeks paid training.
