The Sales Consultant at Ulti Group plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth through strategic business development and client management. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at maximizing sales opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned market or territory.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, their needs, and pain points.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company's CRM system or other designated tools.
- In this dynamic role, the Sales Consultant will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to Ulti Group's growth by leveraging their expertise in sales best practices, relationship management, and strategic thinking.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in B2B sales roles
- A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and generating new business opportunities
- Experience in creating and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals
- Familiarity with market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends
- Minimum of 2 years working as a Sales Consultant or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Must be able to travel and stay away around NZ
- Past experience in Food Industry or related Logistics would be beneficial
