Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with purchases and enquiries
- Operate the POS system and process cash/EFTPOS transactions
- Keep shelves tidy and well-stocked
- Unpack and display new inventory
- Help with general day-to-day store operations
- Level 6 Diploma or above (or equivalent qualification) in any stream or at least 2 years of relevant retail/customer service experience
- A 6-month to 1-year diploma in computers is preferred to cover basic computer skills
- Professional training or a vocational course in mobile phone repair will be considered an advantage, but is not essential
- Able to use Google Docs and MS Word for day-to-day tasks
- Must hold a full driver license
- Able to pass a Ministry of Justice criminal history check
- Able to pass a drug test
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Wage range: $23.50 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
