The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for experiencedDuty ManagerforAzabu Mission Bay!Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a comparable role, the ability to work well under pressure, the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests!
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times
- Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012
- Assisting with events and group bookings
- Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed
- Assist with the training and development of junior team members
- Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times
