Operations Co-Ordinator

Rhino is on the lookout for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid track record in administration and be an outstanding communicator with both clients and team members.
Your responsibilities will include managing and assigning technicians each day, overseeing workloads to ensure contracts are completed on time, confirming job completion or arranging follow-ups, and making sure technicians have time for ongoing installation checks.You’ll also handle inbound calls, process work requests, set up and distribute jobs via SmartTrade, organise gear and keep common materials in stock, review timesheets and job schedules for accurate billing, prepare monthly progress claim reports, arrange preventative maintenance, and occasionally pick up or deliver gear.
Miscellaneous tasks may also come up, sometimes in collaboration with the service co-ordinator.
