National QA & Operations Coordinator
Contego Systems is a national specialist in Passive Fire Protection and compliance, with growing capability across Waterproofing, Sealant, and Grout services. We work on some of New Zealand’s most complex commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, and industrial projects and pride ourselves on delivering industry leading quality assurance and project documentation.
As our business continues to grow nationally, we are creating a new National QA & Operations Coordinator role to strengthen consistency, support our regional teams, and help maintain the benchmark standards Contego is known for.
This is a key operational support role within the business, working directly with Regional Managers, Supervisors, and the COO to improve coordination, reporting, systems, and project close out delivery across the country.We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, technically minded, and comfortable working across multiple moving parts within a fast-paced construction environment.
What you’ll be responsible for- National coordination and support of Contego’s QA systems and processes
- QA report compilation and project close out documentation
- Project and system setup including SiteAppPro and QA platforms
- Supporting Autodesk Build, Clarinspect, and operational systems nationally
- Management of QA devices, app access, and technology support
- Coordination and follow up of outstanding reports and documentation
- Supporting Regional Managers with operational and administrative coordination
- Driving consistency, structure, and continuous improvement across QA delivery
- Experience in construction, operations, QA coordination, or project support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working across systems, technology, and documentation platforms
- High attention to detail and strong follow through
- Practical, solutions focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with site and management teams
- Experience with Autodesk Build, Clarinspect, SiteAppPro, or similar platforms advantageous
- Growing national business with strong long term direction
