We are looking for a Chef or Cook at The Nottingham Castle Hotel in Morrinsville.

Tasks and Duties:-

Preparing and cooking food.
Estimate, monitor, and order ingredients/stock.
Regulate the temperatures of the Oven, grills, and other cooking equipment.
Ensure the quality of ingredients and food is maintained at all times.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Handle the quality of food up to the restaurant standards.
Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements as requested by the customers.
Excellent presentation of meals should be maintained.
Implement Health, safety, and hygiene standards.
The applicants must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
