Service Coordinator

Based in Tawa, Wellington, we offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of residential and commercial clients throughout the Wellington region, including Wairarapa.

We are looking for people who are able to demonstrate the following personal skills, attributes, professional skills and knowledge:

• Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar service coordination role.
• Schedule jobs, appointments, meetings and integrate subcontractors.
• Provide excellent customer service to our loyal client base, suppliers & technicians with prompt response times & outcomes.
• Processing invoices, maintaining databases, reporting on service performance, and contracts.
• Have a willingness to be flexible and seek opportunities to work in innovative ways to problem-solve.
• Strong written & verbal communication is a must.
• Ideally have experience working within the trade industry.
• Have strong time management, methodical & excellent organisational skills.
• Be proficient in the use of data-based systems and general computer application.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service coordination.
• Proficient in the use of standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
