Provide administrative and Coordination supportJoin a supportive teamPetone based, flexible workingThis is a full-time position of 40 hours per weekThe remuneration range for this role is $64,306 to $90,785 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.The opportunityAs Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the procurement function, enabling efficient, compliant and well-documented procurement activity across the organisation.In this role you will:Maintain and administer procurement systems and recordsPublish tender documentation through the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS)Manage the Procurement team Inbox and related tasks where requiredCoordinate evaluation panels, including scheduling of meetings and document preparationEnsure records and audit trails are maintained for complianceAssist with monthly reportingAbout youTo be successful in this role you will bring the following:Strong experience in an administrative, coordination or process driven roleExposure to working in a procurement environment, ideally government or local governmentA high level of computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite with experience using JIRA or other project planning softwareConfidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and accuracyBenefitsAt Wellington Water, our purpose extends beyond delivering great water services for the region; we foster a thriving community, support a diverse workforce, and offer supportive development opportunities.
