About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant to join our Lymphoedema Service team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a healthcare setting, supporting patients and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care. This is a part-time position 20 hours per week Mon-Fri, spread over 5 days.Working hours are negotiable.
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will:
Support clinical and administrative activities, including appointment management and data entryAssist in the delivery of Lymphoedema services under the supervision of healthcare professionals
Support patients with clinical information, escalate as required and ensuring a positive patient experience
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality while delivering high-quality care
About You
Due to the nature of the work, you will need to prove that you are a team player and can combine administration skills with exceptional customer service and people skills.
The ideal candidate will need to have;Compassionate and patient-focused individuals with a passion for healthcare
Previous administration experience in a service-based or healthcare environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
