Alsco Uniforms are on the hunt for an energetic and proactive HR & Office Administrator in Greenlane, Auckland. This role suits recent HR graduates or students seeking hands-on experience and a foundation for a career in Human Resources.

We currently have an opening in our People and Culture team. This person will have big shoes to fill but will be well-supported in a small team of three.

Key Responsibilities

This important position will support the People & culture team as well as the wider Support Centre office. You will:

  • Assist with Recruitment - experience preferred
  • Assist with HR onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate Exit Interviews and 3-month surveys
  • General Office administration & reception
  • Support wider Support Centre team
  • Coordinate training calendars and liaise with venues for staff development activities
  • Administer delivery of employee surveys and support general office administration duties
  • Provide outstanding support to the HR team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For
  • Can do attitude - no job too big or small!
  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Discretion - the ability to work with confidential matters
