Office Administrator / Assistant
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, muck in and be a great administrator / assistant between multiple moving parts and people within the organisation.
Your role will be varied, no day will look the same and will include the following:

Problem solving skills and great attitude which also has a 'can do' approach to work on their duties.

Role tasks:
- Chase up suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and invoices.
- Take incoming calls and make calls.
- Collecting materials as and when required and drop to various construction sites.
- Organise meetings - booking, set up physical meetings, print and organise documents for meetings both online and in person, take notes and actions and communicate them back to those essential to delivery.
- Support the Operations Manager with data entry and accounts payable and receivable.
- Support to two directors and Senior Project Manager as and when required.
- Electronic and manual filing both online and in person.
- Manage inventory both in office and at workshop.
- Fleet management - taking vehicles for services, WoFs, CoFs, etc.
- Anything else required often at short notice.
This role demands meticulous organisation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide regular task updates to the two Directors, the Operations Manager and the Senior Project Manager. While prior experience is advantageous, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are paramount.
This position is office-based, full-time from Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm, either
The construction world is a fast-paced industry therefore the right candidate is a resourceful team player who is flexible and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
Hours: 32-40 hours per week - total hours flexible on candidate.
The role requires a person who can drive a manual car / small tip truck.
