Centre Manager and Qualified Teacher positions

Glengarry Early Learning Centre is a privately owned & operated, purpose built ECE Centre located in Glen Eden, West Auckland, licensed for 50 children.
We are looking for an experienced Centre manager
The role and responsibilities of the Centre Manager will include leading the team to ensure curriculum development/delivery, internal evaluations to enhance positive learning outcomes for children, team recruitment/management, maintaining compliance, and review of policies and procedures.
You will possess the following key qualities:- Fully Registered ECE Teacher with a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively lead a team to provide the best learning outcomes for the centre's tamariki
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood setting
- Sound knowledge of ECE regulations, professional standards, and Te Whariki.
- Proven people management skills leading a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative in previous positions
- Passion for working with young children and whanau
- A friendly, happy, and positive workspace.
