Most of their projects are between the $5M - $15M contract value mark but with some exceptions.

The Role:
Due to growth, they are now looking for a SM to join the team.
Your typical duties as a site manager covering ordering materials, driving sub-contractors, problem solving, OSH management, toolbox talks, program management and tracking, and client/consultant communications.
Your background:
Key success factors for this role require:
- Carpentry trade qualified and tertiary qualification on top ideal
- 5- 6 + years’ experience in managing a mix of medium sized commercial projects, over $5M
- Strong site management skills with the ability to self-motivate and be accountable for team performance
- Possessing an attitude of success
- Sound OSH skills and aptitude
- Strong IT skills with experience in Procore ideal
- Outstanding written and oral communication
