Cafe Manager in Rothesay Bay

We are looking for the following

Duration: permanent contract

• Minimum of 2 years working experience as cafe Manager or Cafe Assistant
• Bachelor qualification
• Good communication, responsible, working and leadership attitude and good management skills
• Must be able to work in early hour (5am) and on the weekend and public holiday and required to open and close the cafe

• Rothesay Bay Bakery & Cafe located at 603 Beach Road, Rothesay Bay Auckland
• Pay rate of min of $33 - $37 per hour
• Minimum of hour not less than 30 hours and max of 40 hours per week
• Business operating from 5am to 5 pm 7 days a week
• Required to work on the weekend and pubic holiday based on weekly schedule
• The responsibility will be but not limited to the following
• Manage and decision making all aspects of running the cafe
• Responsible for weekly sale reports and record for the café.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining site compliance for local council food, health and hygiene standards.
• Ordering, record and maintaining stock levels and product costs according to budget

• Bringing to the directors attention staff who are not performing well
• Ensure that adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
• Liaise and planning with Baker/Cook/Kitchen staffs with regard to menus and
• Take reservations and planning with clients, greet customers and assist in taking order
• Monitor and taking feedback from customer
