We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic cafe manager with abilities to manage daily operations to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing excellent customer service
2. Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
3. Planning and organising special functions
4. Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
5. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
6. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
7. Selecting, training and supervising waiting staff
8. May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
9. Dealing with all customers' inquiries
10. Dealing with complaints and resolving them in the most efficient way
11. Maintaining general administration and data base duties

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Manager OR relavant qualification such as Hospitality diploma or Business Diploma

What We Offer:

Full-time position minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed

Wage: $25 ~ $35 per hour (with entitlements in line with NZ standards, including holiday pay, sick leave, and public holidays)

Supportive work environment in a well-established kitchen
