About the Role
Barfoote Construction is seeking a Skilled Agricultural Working Foreman to support a variety of agricultural and construction projects across Northland. This role requires solid hands-on experience in rural environments, agricultural builds, and concrete work.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with agricultural construction and rural infrastructure projects
- Preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs, yards, and farm structures
- Yard extensions, upgrades, and general yard maintenance
- Supporting wider commercial, civil, and precast installation tasks as required
- Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organised worksite
Skills & Experience
To be considered, you must have:- Proven experience in agricultural construction or rural project work
- Strong concrete laying experience
- Experience with yard extensions and ongoing maintenance
- Ability to follow plans, instructions, and site processes
- Strong health and safety awareness and participation
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work well in a team
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
