Shift Production Operators - Weekend Shift

Due to operational demand, we seek highly motivated Shift Production Operators - Weekend Part Time to support our growing organisation. You will join a friendly and supportive team, dedicated to product quality, manufacturing excellence, teamwork, and safety.
About the Role:
As a Shift Production Operator - Weekend Part-time, you will operate and control production equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring high standards of product quality. You will also maintain accurate processing records and work closely with supervisors and resource teams to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and control manufacturing equipment as assigned
- Perform quality assurance (QA) tests and maintain accurate records
- Make necessary plant adjustments to ensure consistent quality and quantity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Report equipment faults or defects promptly
- Support housekeeping and safety initiatives across the site
- Flexibility to work across different production areas as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Good level of physical fitness; comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail (including colour differentiation for process testing)
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential — full training provided
Working Arrangements:
- Minimum of two shifts (8 to 12 hours each) between Friday afternoon and Sunday afternoon (minimum 16 hours per week)
- Flexibility for additional weekday shifts if available
