Production Operator with Fork Hoist Licence

• Must have a valid forklift license
• Ability to load/unload goods, move stock, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar role (training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to safety and adherence to protocols.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

• Operating production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensuring products meet quality and packaging specifications.
• Following safety guidelines and contributing to a hazard-free workplace.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.

• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting.
• Reliable with strong work ethic – early starts required 6AM.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must have a clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Team player with good communication skills
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred but not essential
