- Assist in any way as assigned by our Head Chef
- Have a strong ability to both understand and to speak English.
- Have a minimum of 3 years cooking experience in professional kitchens
- Maintain standards of food preparation by following the company recipe manual
- Maintain standards of food and kitchen hygiene as trained
- Ensure stock is kept under optimum conditions and rotated accordingly
- Ensure that all dishes leave the pass correctly garnished, correctly portioned and presented
- Be willing to follow directions exactly
- Observe a habit of personal cleanliness
- Enjoy working with and supporting a large, professional team
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Be available to work on a roster basis, weekend and late nights required
