An exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside Rupert Kemeys, a market leader in the Real Estate industry. We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and driven Campaign Manager/Administrator to drive the operational success of the business.

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Overseeing the entire listing process, ensuring all deadlines are met and marketing collateral is world-class.
• Vendor Management: Acting as a primary liaison for clients, providing updates, and ensuring a stress-free experience.
• Database Management: Maintaining a clean and effective CRM, managing buyer match-ups, and ensuring compliance.
• Marketing Support: Assisting with social media content, digital marketing, and print advertising proofs.
• General Administration: Diary management, contract preparation, and ad-hoc support to Rupert.

About You:

• Exceptional Time Management: The ability to juggle multiple listings and deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Strong Communication Skills: Articulate, professional, and empathetic when dealing with clients.
• Tech Proficiency: Confidence with Real Estate software, Google Suite, WhatsApp and digital marketing platforms.
