Casual Retail Assistant

We are on the hunt for energetic, passionate stars to help our Pascoes Porirua store to sell their beautiful watches and jewellery when permanent team members are on leave and through busy trade periods.

These roles suit outgoing people that love helping people, enjoy working in a team and like sales.

• Achieve personal sales targets including selling KPIs
• Confident.
• Excel in customer service, Able to talk to anyone about anything.
• Must love people.
• Able to learn quickly - full training provided.
• A positive fun attitude.
• Professional appearance.
• Reliability and commitment.
• Must have flexibility across weekday, weekend/late nights (malls open late at Christmas) as shifts will vary.
• Available for Training

• Wages + Commission
• Flexibility of hours
• Training on sales, jewellery and watches and customer service
• Solid hourly rates + commissions
• Working for a large retail company - Farmers, Whitcoulls, Stevens, Stewart Dawsons, Pascoes and Goldmark as well as some Australian brands.
• Working with a fun mix of people.
• Work with beautiful products.
