The Opportunity
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team during a busy period. In this multifaceted role, you will provide comprehensive support to senior leaders by handling a wide range of office coordination tasks along with overseeing the reception area.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage and maintain schedules for senior leaders, ensuring all appointments and commitments are accurately recorded.
- Meeting Room Booking: Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for successful meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for senior leaders and team members.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and effectively.
- Proven experience in reception or office management, with any prior coordination experience being highly valued.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for creating seamless operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
