The Academic Quality Office is a small, high-performing team within the portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic and lead by the Director of Academic Quality. The Office is responsible for academic quality assurance activities including programme development and approval, academic review, academic policy and regulations, and student surveys.

We're seeking an experienced administrator to take on the 0.6 FTE role of Office and Projects Coordinator for the Academic Quality Office.
This is a new, permanent part-time role and would suit someone looking to come back to part-time work or who wants to take on an interesting part-time role in a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for providing effective administrative support and project coordination for the Director and the team. This will include supporting academic committees as required, scheduling and coordinating meetings, designing processes for the effective administration of a growing team, managing projects as required, and using your initiative to drive continuous improvement in office coordination and communication.
