As a Detailer, you'll play a key role in turning design dreams into workshop-ready reality: site-measuring, producing detailed technical drawings in Microvellum, ordering materials, and overseeing jobs to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need:

• A passion for joinery excellence
• Strong Interior Cabinetry and Joinery knowledge; understanding construction methods and high-end finishing techniques
• Ability to translate architects and designers’ plans to technical CAD drawings for manufacturing
• Strong material understanding: Working with wood, veneers, laminates, various benchtop materials etc
• Experience with Microvellum or similar CAD software, and CNC machining
• Problem-Solving skills; Identifying potential design or manufacturing issues and implementing practical solutions.
• Attention to Detail: precision in measurements, tolerances, and joinery details, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• A team player mentality; supporting designers and joiners and contributing to continuous improvement across the business.

This is a full-time position based in Nelson, with regular local travel to worksites.

Interim Contract (including remote) considered. Rate by negotiation.
