WellingtonHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleThe primary function of the Data Entry Officer, Specimen Reception Department of APS is to receive laboratory specimens and forms from courier services and prepare these for distribution to the appropriate Technical department for testing.

To ensure all the details and tests requested on the patients request form are entered correctly into the Delphic computer system ready for the Technical Departments, so that testing is reported in a timely and accurate manner.This role also involves the handling of a large variety of Biological samples; hence you will have courage to gracefully handle these samples as part of your responsibilities.This is a permanent part-time role working 5 hours per day between the times of 3:00pm and 10:00pm from Monday to FridayClick here to view the position description For further queries about the role, please contact Andrew Spencer, Section Leader Specimen Reception at ASpencer@adhb.govt.nz.Please note
