Senior Service Administrator

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You’ll be the senior point of contact for service administration, supporting Service Technicians, Sales Engineers, and customers across NZ. Your responsibilities will include:- Interpreting unit nameplates and responding to technical service queries
- Managing and improving service order and incoming goods processes
- Completing configuration updates and system requirements accurately
- Preparing cost analyses and customer quotations using SAP / CRM
- Reviewing and approving Purchase Orders and credit requests
- Ensuring service cases are fully documented and system-compliant
- Analysing reports (SAC / CRM) and driving efficiency improvements
- Supporting Service Administrators and coordinating service workflows
- Building strong internal and external customer relationships
- Preparing service reports and ensuring management approval
- Championing Health & Safety, quality, and continuous improvement
This is a hands-on senior role where your attention to detail, technical understanding, and leadership by example will be highly valued.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential (one of the following):- Level 5 NZQA Business, with a desire to complete mechanical papers, or
- Level 5 NZQA Mechanical Engineering, with strong administrative expertise
- Full Drivers Licence
- Strong SAP / CRM experience (ideally within an engineering environment)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confidence analysing data, processes, and costs
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
- A proactive mindset and passion for learning and improvement
