ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll be the senior point of contact for service administration, supporting Service Technicians, Sales Engineers, and customers across NZ. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Interpreting unit nameplates and responding to technical service queries
  • Managing and improving service order and incoming goods processes
  • Completing configuration updates and system requirements accurately
  • Preparing cost analyses and customer quotations using SAP / CRM
  • Reviewing and approving Purchase Orders and credit requests
  • Ensuring service cases are fully documented and system-compliant
  • Analysing reports (SAC / CRM) and driving efficiency improvements
  • Supporting Service Administrators and coordinating service workflows
  • Building strong internal and external customer relationships
  • Preparing service reports and ensuring management approval
  • Championing Health & Safety, quality, and continuous improvement

This is a hands-on senior role where your attention to detail, technical understanding, and leadership by example will be highly valued.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential (one of the following):
  • Level 5 NZQA Business, with a desire to complete mechanical papers, or
  • Level 5 NZQA Mechanical Engineering, with strong administrative expertise
  • Full Drivers Licence

  • Strong SAP / CRM experience (ideally within an engineering environment)
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence analysing data, processes, and costs
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • A proactive mindset and passion for learning and improvement
