Full-time position | Monday to Friday | Manukau Health ParkBe part of a supportive team dedicated to improving health outcomes for women across the Counties Manukau RegionFriendly, collaborative, and professional team cultureAbout the role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our BreastScreen Service team in a Data Quality & Administration Support role.In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Breast Imaging Information Systems Manager / BSA Data Manager to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the BreastScreen database.Your responsibilities will include:Monitoring and maintaining high data quality standards in line with National Screening Unit requirementsInvestigating and resolving data issues identified through clinical safety and quality reportsSupporting system updates, including testing and implementationActing as a subject matter expert and providing training and guidance to administration staffDelivering essential administrative support, including enrolling, booking, and following up eligible women in the BreastScreen Aotearoa ProgrammeThis is a varied role that combines technical data management with meaningful frontline programme support.About you:We are looking for someone who is organised, personable, and thrives in a team environment.

Ideally, you will have:At least 2 years of experience in a service-based environmentExperience ensuring quality data entryExperience working within a multi-disciplinary teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsHealthcare experience (advantageous but not essential)Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
