Store Manager - Vape

About the Role:**
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our vape retail stores. You’ll manage daily operations, staff, sales, and compliance, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a strong store culture.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead daily operations and supervise store staff
- Maximise sales while ensuring NZ vape regulations are met
- Manage inventory, ordering, stock counts, and shrinkage prevention
- Maintain store layout, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
- Enforce age verification and product-handling rules
- Communicate with Area Manager via regular reports and updates
- Monitor local competition and report on customer trends
- 2+ years retail experience (supervisor/manager preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills
- Comfortable using data to guide decisions (sales, stock, rostering)
- Great attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be aged 18+ (due to legal requirements for vape products)
- Vape retail experience is a bonus—training provided
