We’re on the lookout for a chef, who is passionate, driven, and ready to be part of a kitchen team that’s redefining the café experience.

As a Chef at noble., you’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver a modern, seasonal menu that celebrates flavour, simplicity, and quality. You’ll be an essential part of our daily operations - helping to create food that’s not only delicious, but beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared.

This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll have the chance to grow your skills, contribute ideas, and be part of a team that values excellence, creativity, and collaboration.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with noble’s menu and standards.
• Assist with daily prep, service, and kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
• Plate dishes with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
• Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and systems to deliver consistency and quality at all times.
• Keep your section clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team and support the Head Chef as required.
• Contribute ideas for specials and menu development — your creativity is welcome here.
• Support a positive kitchen culture built on respect, teamwork, and shared passion for great food.

• Has experience working in a commercial kitchen — ideally in a high-quality café or restaurant setting.
• Is passionate about food and proud of their craft — you care about flavour, balance, and presentation.
• Works well under pressure and maintains high standards during busy services.
• Is organised, reliable, and has good communication skills.
• Enjoys being part of a team and brings a positive attitude to every shift.
• Is open to learning, growing, and contributing to something bigger than just a job.
• Is available to work weekends — our busiest and most exciting days.
