Dispatch / Storeperson

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive team member to take ownership of our dispatch and warehouse operations at our Palmerston North branch.

This is a stable, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working in a structured environment.

• Coordinate daily dispatch and freight orders
• Prepare and complete customer orders accurately
• Receive and organise incoming stock
• Maintain an efficient, well-organised warehouse
• Plan warehouse space and storage
• Load consignment information into online freight portals
• Manual handling, including lifting and moving boxes/products
• Operate lifting equipment (forklift)
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Physically fit and active
• Positive, practical, and hands-on

You will ideally have:

• Clean, current driver’s licence
• Forklift licence
• Dispatch/ warehouse experience
• Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, Email, Courier & Freight online portal experience.

This role will suit a motivated, physically fit individual keen to work in warehousing, logistics, or technical distribution.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
