The Care Capacity Demand Coordinator provides onsitecoordination of people and processes to achieve implementation of the CCDMprogramme. In this role, you will focus on sequencing activities to ensureprogramme delivery is effective and efficient. Ensuring project communicationsare timely and meet the agreed work plan timelines whilst facilitating thescheduling, feedback, and reporting. You will work closely with the partners to coordinate theprogramme components and inter-dependencies. This role works collaborativelywith the Nurse Manager Safe Staffing Care Capacity Demand to highlightpotential risks and navigate arising issues.About the ServiceThe Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM)programme is about better matching staff resources to patient demand so wecan improve patient care, make the best use of resources and provide a betterwork environment for our staff at the front line. The five CCDM standards coverpatient acuity, core data set, staffing methodology such as FTE and skill mix,variance response (forecasting and responding to demand), and governance andprogramme monitoring. About YouWe are seeking an experienced nurse or midwife who isdynamic and motivated with proven ability to communicate effectively and formpositive working relationships at all levels.At least five years post graduate experiencewithin a clinical area or relevant senior nursing or midwifery roleQuality improvement/change management knowledgeor experienceVision and flexibility to contribute to andaccommodate changeSolution focused, adaptable, self-motivated withthe ability to think on your feetExcellent team player with the ability to workacross all disciplines.Knowledge of safe staffing /CCDM programmeRegistered with the Nursing or Midwifery Councilof New Zealand with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuringexcellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
