Office Manager - Full Time
We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our small, friendly team and help keep our busy workshop on track.
In this hands-on role, you’ll handle everything from booking jobs and managing payroll to ordering stock, reconciling payments, and keeping the office humming. No two days are the same — you’ll be the go-to person who keeps operations flowing.
We’re a locally owned and operated company based in Whangarei servicing the Northland medical industry, offering complete installation, servicing and repairs on dental, medical and veterinary equipment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Booking in jobs and preparing job sheets
- Ordering parts and managing stock levels
- Processing payroll, invoices, and tax payments
- Reconciling accounts and managing supplier payments
- Overseeing health & safety and vehicle maintenance schedules
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and team calendars
- Keeping the office, workshop, and lunchroom organised
Here’s what we need from you:
- Previous experience in office administration or management
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Confident with Microsoft Office and accounting systems (Xero is an advantage)
- Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
