Massage Therapists

Success Health Ltd is a well-established massage therapy provider based in Wellington. Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for three qualified and motivated massage therapists to join our friendly and busy team.
What We Offer:- $26–$30 per hour
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Supportive, client-focused work environment
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
A Level 4 (or higher) qualification in massage therapy or related field
- Availability to work weekends
- A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- Consult with clients regarding their medical history, stress levels, and areas of concern
- Assess clients' physical condition, including joint and soft tissue function
- Develop tailored treatment plans using appropriate massage techniques
- Advise clients on post-treatment care such as stretching or relaxation methods
- Perform massages to promote relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing
- May use additional methods such as heat therapy, essential oils, or compresses
- Keep accurate and detailed client records
