Online Shopper / Supermarket Assistant - ref. w03443823

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality product and service we offer our customers here at New World Masterton

This is a varied role, you will be in the Online department picking, packing and delivering, and also working in other department's replenishing stock and assisting customers.

Your main duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading Click and Collect lockers
• Helping Customers via telephone with order queries and product substitutions
• Delivering Orders by vehicle
• Updating orders in the computer system
• Replenishing stock
• Helping customers instore with enquiries
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times

Here's what you'll need:

• A restricted or full drivers license.
• To be physically fit you'll be on your feet all day, lifting, and moving
• Fast on your feet you'll need to move around the store quickly to keep up
• Customer service driven you'll spend a lot of time helping our customers
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be reliable, we are a close team and you'll be missed if you're not here!
• Have a good work ethic
• Be able to work well under pressure

• Permanent full time hours, All our team have a weekend day, please let us know if you prefer Saturday or Sunday.
