About the Role**
  • Full-time position
  • 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Due to planned staff leave and operational requirements, there may be a **temporary adjustment mid-year** where hours shift to **12:00pm - 5:30pm**. This will depend on workload and will be communicated well in advance.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Welcoming visitors and co-ordinating mail services
  • Handling customer parcels entry and exit
  • Coordinating visiters mail and parcels delivery and departure
  • Maintaining a tidy, professional reception area
  • General administrative support as required
  • Comfortable lifting up to 15kgs and working with the store crew
**About You**
  • Warm, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing workloads
