Due to an internal promotion we're on the hunt for a Receptionist to join our Onestaff Christchurch team.
This is a front-desk role where you'll be the face of the office and the person that keeps everything running smoothly.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5.00pm.
What the role entails:- Welcoming visitors with a smile and great first impressions
- Helping candidates get set up on our online portal
- Issuing PPE
- Keeping on top of daily compliance tasks
- Supporting our Sales and Operations teams with general admin
- Are friendly, confident, patient and love talking to people
- Can organise your own day and juggle a few tasks at once
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Enjoy being busy and making things run like clockwork
