Dental Assistant /Receptionist

Sweet Tooth Dental is seeking a reliable and caring Dental Assistant/Receptionist to support our dentists and ensure top-quality patient care for our new practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting the dentist during procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments
- Setting up treatment rooms
- Supporting infection control and clinical standards
- Ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed
- Assisting with stock control and general clinic tasks
- Supporting patient comfort and aftercare instructions
- Greeting and assisting patients with a warm, professional manner
- Managing appointments, phone calls, and enquiries
- Handling payments, recalls, and administrative tasks
- Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Experience in a dental clinic is ideal, but training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work late nights and weekends as required
- Flexible and willing to work between two surgeries as required
- Professional presentation and a caring approach to patient care
